What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 11:00 am.
Please note that our reception is available 24 hours a day, even in case of late arrivals.

Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional charge.

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PagoBancomat, Maestro, and JCB.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit cards, debit cards, and cash (up to a maximum of €4,999.99, in accordance with Italian law).

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
In compliance with Italian Law no. 3/2003, smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor areas of the hotel.

Are there any local taxes to be paid?
The Municipality of Forte dei Marmi applies a tourist tax, payable directly at the hotel.
The amount is €2.00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (applicable to guests aged 15 and over).

Are pets allowed?
Yes! Pets are welcome at our hotel.
We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking.

Where can I park my car?
Our hotel does not have private parking; however, public parking areas are available near the hotel.

Do you offer transfer services?
We do not have a shuttle service, but upon request we can arrange transfers of any kind.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel?
Yes, the entire hotel is covered by free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the internet throughout your stay.

Are there restaurants near the hotel?
For this season, our restaurant will not be operating; however, there are many restaurants located nearby.
We will be happy to provide recommendations and directions.

Do you provide bicycles?
Yes, we offer bicycle rentals to explore Forte dei Marmi comfortably and sustainably.
Please ask at reception for availability and information.

Do you have an affiliated beach club?
Yes, we are partnered with Bagno Rossella, conveniently located just 80 metres from the hotel and easily reachable on foot.
We recommend booking your umbrella or beach tent in advance for the period of your stay.
